I agree. For months, at least, I had been looking forward to having an iPod.
Yes, I tried a different USB port, no change. - this has been
frustrating, to have a problem the second time I used this iPod.
I just got off the phone with Apple, I made the purchase from the
Apple Online Store. They agreed to take the product back and send a
refund.
Small Dog Electronics has a retail store in the next town. I am
going to go there and buy another 80 GB iPod Classic. I probably
should have done that in the first place. In the event of a problem
I can bring the item into the store and ask for help.
